Annual Dues & Fees

The figures below summarize the assessments and fees that apply to lots in The Ridge-Heath. They are drawn from the Association's recorded governing documents.

  • Annual Dues

    $600.00 per lot, per year

    Annual dues are due January 1, 2026. An account is considered delinquent if dues are not paid by February 1, 2026.

  • Administrative Fees on Delinquent Dues

    $50.00 then $10.00 per month

    If annual dues are not paid by February 1, 2026, a one-time $50.00 per-lot administrative fee is applied when the account becomes delinquent, followed by $10.00 for each additional month it remains delinquent. These are administrative fees — they reimburse the Association for the cost of contacting the member, tracking the delinquency, and related collection effort — not punitive penalties.

  • Ownership Transfer Fee

    $350.00

    A one-time fee charged when ownership of a lot is transferred.
